Terms of Service - Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our omnivideo.run service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Our platform currently provides an independent front-end workspace for previewing prompt-guided video editing flows. Production model, storage, billing, and account integrations may be enabled later when the backend API is ready.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Create sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without proper licensing

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you upload to our platform.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credits are currently disabled in the public preview experience:

• Video edit preview flow: no login or credits required during the current preview
• Advanced processing modes will be finalized after production API integration
• Reference image workflows are available for front-end preview only

Payments are processed securely through Creem.io. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. AI Content Disclaimer & Limitations

Content Generation Limitations

• Quality & Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results
• Output Restrictions: current public preview does not deliver final production videos
• Content Appropriateness: We cannot guarantee all generated content will meet your expectations
• Technical Limitations: Generation may fail due to technical constraints or content policies

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your use of generated content
• You will not use generated content to impersonate, deceive, or mislead others
• You understand AI-generated content may not be suitable for all purposes
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the suitability of generated content for any specific use

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of our service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Violation of content policies or acceptable use guidelines
• Commercial use of generated content without permission
• Uploading copyrighted or inappropriate material
• Attempting to circumvent technical limitations

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to generated content may be permanently removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
